We like midsized, modern hotels with decent luxury and friendly service and this fits the bill. It had Good comfortable rooms, decent size, very good breakfast, all the meals we had there were very good. The staff were quite helpful and friendly.

The hotel is situated very centrally, next to beautiful rose garden. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful in every way. We liked having breakfast outside. The massage by Byang (?) was truly professional and a highlight.

the staff at the reception- Anmol in specific knew every detail, super quick and was very thorough in every detail of the check in! Manager at the breakfast lounge was superb along with the chefs they put in all efforts everyday to take care of my Vegan son! Being in Punjab a rather difficult task! Not to mention the so very well designed and tastefully done hotel! It’s only under a year old and the suite room is just fabulous, once of the best I have seen all around the world! KOYO KOYO restaurant - was just Wow for pan Asian food!

Staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful and very attentive to all our needs. Front desk staff were professional and efficient making the checking in and checking out process smooth and stress free. Room was clean with a comfortable bed and nice decor. Breakfast was delightful and the waiters in particular Sudip looked after us with great care and attention. We will definitely visit again and recommend the hotel to friends and family. Thank you !

Super nice hotel and me and my family would surely choose it again. Rooms were cosy and the hotel was pulchritudinous . The service was copacetic and staff was good specially one of your named Aayush he was courteous, decorous and benevolent towards us . I would definitely exhort it again.

We really enjoyed the breakfast selection and the in room dining. The room was clean and the hotels atmosphere was welcoming. The employees were kind and helpful.

1) The restaurant and its staff service is excellent. Buffett and a la carte service for breakfast, dinner is very good. The quality of food is excellent. The staff in the restaurant are well trained and well mannered. 2) The location is right in the middle of all shopping arcades. Many tourist attraction places like Rock garden, Rose garden, Sukhna lake, Bird park, Museums are within 15 mins drive from Hotel.

Happy and welcoming staff! Nothing was too much for them. They made sure our kids felt special and were comfortable and safe throughout the stay. The senior staff were very attentive, Ayush, yashan, Atish. .
